Boeing bosses receive a bloody nose

A mass meeting of workers, outside the Port Melbourne Boeing plant, voted to go back to work today after nearly three weeks on strike. As reported previously, Boeing management had provoked this dispute after the unfair dismissal of a worker.

The Maoists won a spectacular victory in the Nepalese elections. In a shock for regional and global powers, the Prime Minister as well as ministers of Finance, Defence and the Interior, will now belong to the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoists) who received over a third of the votes.
