Currently SP member Denise Dudley is in Bolivia as part of a tour of Latin America.
The May Day march in La Paz was mainly focused around a new law introduced only days ago by the Carlos Mesa government. This legislation was introduced to increase the tax paid by foreign companies for the exportation of Bolivias gas and other natural resources. (more…)
