Protest the arrest of CWI member Ainur Kurmanov
On 17 December, in the Special Regional Court of Almata Judge Turgumbaev once again sentenced Ainur Kurmanov (Socialist Resistance – CWI Kazakhstan) to 15 days of ‘administrative arrest’. This means he will be jailed until after the New Year.

‘A workers’ MP on a worker’s wage’
Tragically, Terry Fields has died from lung cancer at the age of 71. Terry was a supporter of Militant, forerunner of the Socialist Party, and a defender of the working class.
